Meet the Principal

Drew M. Di Sessa is the president of Criterium – Di Sessa Engineers. Mr. Di Sessa has over 25 years of diversified engineering experience in civil engineering design, building and construction inspections, project management, maintenance planning and operations, and construction. Much of Mr. Di Sessa’s experience includes assisting clients with real estate acquisition due diligence and construction projects from the initial design, through regulatory approval processes, and into construction.

Mr. Di Sessa received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, and his M.S. in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a licensed planner, licensed home inspector, and certified radon measurement technician in the State of New Jersey. He is a certified zoning official and municipal engineer in New Jersey, and a LEED AP (LEED accredited professional). Mr. Di Sessa is also a member of the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE).
