Established in 2005, Criterium – Di Sessa Engineers provides its clients with comprehensive real estate due diligence and design services related to buildings and property. Criterium – Di Sessa Engineers is affiliated with Criterium Engineers, the oldest and most experienced organization of building inspection engineers in North America. Since 1957, Criterium Engineers has provided home inspection, building inspection and commercial real estate services through its network of more than 150 professional engineers and architects, licensed to practice in virtually every state and Canada. Based in Portland, Maine, Criterium Engineers has established a solid reputation for competence and professionalism that is shared by all of its affiliate offices.
